Various data is created not only from text, audio and images, but also from social media, mobile devices, IC cards, and IoT devices, with data being collected at increasing frequency and speed in order to discover business value from all of this data. Moreover, it supports the utilization of big data, such as data discovery, customer insight and predictive analysis, and contributes to the creation of new business value brought about by the Apache Software Foundation and major Apache projects. It is also a platform that is designed for the modernization of data architecture through Enterprise ready Hadoop (*2), and reduces operating costs.
Furthermore, Hortonworks' HDP Support Subscription provides a subscription-based, technical support service by specialists for organizations that have implemented HDP-based solutions, irrespective of the environment, scale, and complexity. The support subscription covers the entire lifecycle of system development, starting from development and proof of concept, through to QA/testing, production, and installation.
