Recently, in addition to changes in work environments through influences such as work-style reform and revision of work-life balance, an increasing number of businesses have implemented teleworking due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To date, Macnica Networks has contributed to building environments for new methods of working, not limited by time and place by developing infrastructure and providing security solutions, etc. for remote access.
The DocuSign Agreement Cloud, now offered by Macnica Networks, automates the entire agreement process, from preparing to signing, acting on and managing agreements previously done with paper documents. By significantly reducing time, trouble, costs, and achieving greater business efficiency, the DocuSign Agreement Cloud enables better experiences for customers, partners and employees.

According to the principle, freedom of contract permits a contract to be established regardless of the method (i.e., verbal or written agreement). Contracts between companies require court evidence in case of a dispute or other problems that might arise. With tax laws and other relative laws and regulations, an agreement is necessary through written documentation with signatures or seals, and both parties to the contract must keep a copy for a period prescribed by the applicable laws and regulations. Through the establishment of the Electronic Ledger Storage Law of 1998, the Electronic Signature Law and Comprehensive Law on IT Documentation of 2001, and the Electronic Document Law of 2005, as well as through the revision of various other laws and regulations, under specific conditions, such agreements may be made and preserved as electronic files.

As part of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud, DocuSign offers eSignature: the world's #1 way to sign electronically on practically any device, from almost anywhere, at any time. Agreements have been signed with DocuSign in more than 180+ countries. You can sign agreements in 43 languages and send them in 13.

By replacing conventional paper agreements and contracts with electronic documentation, DocuSign eSignature can reduce the costs of revenue stamp fees and postage expenses and can reduce the lead time for delivery following contract agreement. Also, electronic signatures are used by smartphones or tablets without the need for affixing personal seals; this solution suits the needs of the modern world where operations via telework may be required.
